APPLY TO BECOME A MEMBER

BEFORE PROCEEDING, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT PER OUR BY-LAWS, YOU MUST KNOW A CURRENT MEMBER AND HAVE A SPONSOR TO VOUCH FOR YOU.

• Open and print one of the attached application files found below

• Fill out as much information as you can

• If you do not know 3 members, write down those that you do know

• Make sure the sponsor portion of the application is filled out and signed by your sponsor (VERY IMPORTANT!!!)

• Please contact Mike Santoro if you have any questions

• Mail/Submit the completed (SPONSOR SIGNED!!!) application to either of the addresses shown on the bottom of it

Once I receive your application, you will be added to our applicant list. Typically, it takes about 2 or 3 years before you will be contacted and invited to join. Specific details will be emailed to you when that time comes.
