Pavilion Rental

The Lake Katrine Rod & Gun Club pavilion rental provides ample covered seating, access to the on-site kitchen, and restrooms for your guests.

Club Members .................................... 51 or more Guests Per Day Fee ........ $100.00

Security Deposit ...... All Parties (Club Members & Non-Club Members) .... $150.00

Insurance

Certificate of Insurance is required from ALL parties, non-club and club members alike. This is usually available through an insurance agent and is usually an extension of an already existing “Home Owners” insurance policy. The certificate must name the Lake Katrine Rod & Gun Club as an additional insured party for the duration of the renter's event.

Liquor Liability Insurance / Permits

Liquor Liability Insurance must be included in all Certificates of Insurance or in a separate certificate, whichever applies, where there will be alcoholic beverages served and/or consumed. Otherwise, no alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on Club grounds for the duration of the event. A one day temporary beer and wine permit must be obtained from the New York State Liquor Authority.

You will need to apply for this 30 days in advance of the event.

Terms & Conditions Defined for the Purpose of this Schedule

  • “Non-Club Members” shall mean any party not currently a Lake Katrine Rod & Gun Club member in good standing.

  • “Club Members” shall mean any party currently a Lake Katrine Rod & Gun Club member in good standing. All pavilion rentals/use under this category must be for the benefit of said club member and not a friend, family member or other event not specifically sponsored by and for the benefit of the club member. The honor system will apply here. Any member known to misuse this right will be reported to the Board of Directors for any action deemed appropriate by the Board.

  • “Up to 50 guests” shall mean a total of guests, including the renting party, not to exceed 50 attendees in total. Club members are included in this total, but hired caterers are not.

  • “51 or more guests” shall mean a total number of guests, including the renting party, which exceeds 50 attendees in total. Club members are included in this total, but hired caterers are not.

  • Pavilion renter is solely responsible for pavilion cleanup. Please see the attached cleaning checklist.

  • “Security Deposit” shall mean a refundable deposit, accepting that the Club reserves the right to withhold, in part or whole, said deposit to cover the cost of cleanup and where the Club, at its sole discretion, deems the renting party failed to properly clean the pavilion and grounds used by the renter and its guests. The Club may also withhold, in part or whole, said deposit if any damage has been done to the property if the Club deems that the renters or guests of the event were responsible.
